Pizza

Pizza

Ingredients

2 CUPS plain flour (2 servings)
2 tbsp Yeast (Instant Yeast)
Crumble bread
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Olive Oil


Onion
Sundried tomatoes in Olive Oil
Ginger + Garlic Paste
Dry Basil
Tandoori Colour
Dry Chilli Flakes
Tomato Puree / Sauce
Pepper
Ajinomoto


Cheese (Parmesan Cheese) (Mozzarella)  (Cheddar Cheese)
Can use combination of (Parmesan Cheese +Cheddar Cheese)
Capsicum
Red pepper


Last server after Pizza
spread Chill flakes

Yeast Preparation
Boil 25 ML of water add sugar and cool it down completely and then add Yeast and keep for 5 - 10 Minutes
25 Ml of water is sufficient for 2 Cup flour

Dough Preparation
Mix plain flour with 1 tbsp of Olive Oil and then add yeast water and prepare dough and keep for 2 Hours - or more untill dough gain double it's size

Oven preparation
Preheat Oven for 220* C for 10 -15 minutes


Pizza topping preparation
Tomato gravy (Heat Oil and Ginger + Garlic Paste add Onion, fry until brown add Tomato puree, tomato paste and Ajinomoto )
Cool it down

divide Dough into 2 part,
with the help of Rolling Pin or way you feel comfortable prepare Pizz base
Spread tomato puree
Capsicum + Red Pepper +
Cheese
Dry Basil

Put Pizza base into Preheat Oven and set Temparature into 225*C for 12 -20 Min
I am using Murphy Richard OTG and i place Pizza into Black tray into Centre Rack, Broil for 250*C for 8 Min



If i am using ready made Pizza base, then i am using OTG into 250*C, Broiler Mode for 8 minutes
